with my immune system being slightly beaten down nowadays, hand washing is a really important part of my routine. I was just informed by my nurse that you are supposed to sing happy birthday to yourself TWO TIMES while you scrub your hands. They say it's the friction, not the soap, that cleans you.
A couple months ago i was never washing my hands, unless i was visiting deuce mcallister, of course (too much info, i know). So, this is a new tidbit of info for me, and maybe all you non-handwashing dudes out there might start celebrating your birthday more often.

A sage piece of advice there, Mr. Dut! You know I'm a big proponent of the ritual. I would even suggest a follow up with some Purell post-handscrub to solidify the sanitation. It's a dirty world out there, a dirty world...
lol. The visual of you washing your hands singing happy birthday outloud (while mere danced to it) and Patrick Purelling while watching all the dirty wooks on 16th street walk by was enough to start my day off right. thx. :)
Stay strong holmes! I'll be thinking about you as I wash my hands. I happen to be one of those OCD hand washers that washes in double digits daily. Prob cause I'm such a nose picker. Kidding...not really. Nothin wrong with a little pickin..right Mere? Looking forward to seeing you really soon sir and ma'am.
FRED, shhhhhhhhhhhh

SO glad to get Mere's email that you were getting unplugged this afternoon....Praying that you are feeling l00% better tonight - minus the fanny pack!!!! Congratulations

The Deuce is Loose suddenly takes on an entirely different meaning....
One of the radiologists I worked with would be in the mammo room, washing her hands and singing Happy Birthday to herself (to keep time)... one day, all the patients thought it WUZ somebodys birthday( she was right by them) and started singing Happy Birthday also!!!
( And you wondered why Im sooo silly!!)
